Are the watch straps from DNleatherhandmade good? Yes. They are so good that I purchased a second one after loving my first purchase. I wanted another strap made with the same materials and the same high quality, but with a subtler vibe.

Both of the straps I purchased were made fabric — so those are the specific strap types I can personally vouch for. They also come in various leather options – such as ostrich, alligator, lizard, shark, calf, suede, canvas, carp... and chicken leg.
The strap length is fully customisable, with options for a padded or unpadded fill – the width is naturally customisable as well, and you can even choose your preferred taper. The fabric has proven to be durable. There has been minimal fraying, which is easily snipped off with some barber's scissors. My first strap from this store was the orange and blue one, and you can see the extent of fraying in the image below – from many months of wear.
But there are tens of thousands of watch strap options on the internet — why buy from this store? Well... just look! The aesthetic options range from classical, to full blown vibrancy, to subtle yet intricate beauty.
The original strap on my watch (Tissot Visodate) was a clasp, but DNleatherhandmade only offers pin buckles, as of the time of writing, at least. [I was wrong! For an extra few dollars, a folding clasp is available] This limitation initially concerned me, but now I actually prefer the pin buckle over a clasp — it is much easier to adjust the strap's tightness, which is useful if you both sleep (loose strap) and work (tight strap) with your watch on.
The fabric is beautiful — it's the big appeal of this strap — but the inside is lined with soft leather, which is comfortable and durable. I do not know if this is vegan or animal leather.
The strap is shipped with little tool to help with the removal of your old strap – but attaching your new strap is so easy, it requires no tool whatsoever. There is a well-engineered, rifle-like, bolt-action mechanism to retract one side of the spring bar, allowing for a smooth insertion and removal. You can see it in the image above.
If you love in a humid environment, the leather and fabric will naturally absorb some sweat. If this is a concern for you, then a metal or rubber strap will be more appropriate. But for everyone who would like a beautiful, durable, custom-made watch strap — made of leather or fabric — this Etsy shop is one I highly recommend.
